Worst McDonald's in Portland. Only 1 of the Drive Thru Order Personnel knows how to properly take an order. If it's not her, your order will be wrong. Plus, food comes out barely warm and ordering through the inside takes forever.Food: 1/5
A employee named Rosemary was cussing and scrolling through Facebook being extremely dramatic about whatever was on her news feed when I approved the counter to order my food. Waited 5 minutes for her to acknowledge me and my young child before I coughed and said “excuse me” they need decided to refuse to take our order. Rude. Very rude.
When your priority is the drive thru at the expense of inside customers who have to operate broken kiosk with McDonald rules...then expect a bad review. Bad service isnt a hit on the people but the obvious priorities of how management tells them to work.Food: 4/5
Great staff but the drive thru sucks. You can pull into one lane and wait while someone pulls behind you in the other lane and they have their order taken immediately.
Marleigh was very helpful in the order process and gave me my food promptly. This location hasn’t always been top tier, but with her and my favorite McDonald’s grandma running the show, it is. Kid-friendliness: Easy for small kids!
The fries was hot but the lady can’t count, hear or pronounce. Legit the worst window person ever and she super slow. She gave me back the wrong change and all
My order has been wrong my last 2 visits. 1st time I received the order for the car behind me, this last time there was no bacon on my quarter pounder. Tired of having to revisit because of their errors.Food: 2/5
My points on app got all screwy. The crew couldn't help I ended up leaving on an empty stomache and starving and in tears.Food: 3/5
Fries cold. Hamburger not so great. I'm giving up on McDonald's. Uninstalled the app. Good bye. When hot, fries are "best of rest".Food: 2/5
Sometimes just everything goes wrong with an order. Sometimes it's the app, employees, coffee machine and general ambiance that just goes bad... ... This was one of those times. Bless their hearts
