The wait wasn't a problem, the service was ok, but they didn't have any ketchup, i had to ask for my fries, they didn't give me my receipt and MOST IMPORTANTLY MY FOOD WAS COLD after spending 45.00
The only thing about Wendy's at night they have no lights for outside when u waiting on drive threw line to keep going other then that it's good food and nice friendly employees

Went to Wendy's in gentilly and i ordered a large chilli and when I got home they did not put my chili in my bag and they gave me the whole wrong order I had a 4 for 4 without the drink in the bag thats sad they need to pay attention.. Making people have to come all the way back bx they messed up
Just make sure your customer food is hot. Don't serve something you wouldn't eat.

Too long of a wait. Only 2 people, were on the job.
I always enjoy eating at wendy's. Young lady was very friendly &service was WOOW..yes I definitely return to this restaurant.
