Food was hot. Also the cashier went out of her way to get the sauce I wanted from my chicken nuggets.
We’ve been to this place for the third and last time. Every single time they’ve gotten the order wrong. We ordered a chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger, and we got two cheeseburgers no chicken.
The order taker wasn't friendly he reused me with my order and didn't grill my nuggets and fries cook to order,which caused a misunderstanding when I reached the presenter window i still waited thinking I was waiting on my CTO instead I was waiting on 10:1 and still recieved cold fries and nuggets
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but some things are just so easily avoidable. Asked for unsweetened tea, got sweet tea. Fries were undoubtedly the worst that I have ever gotten at a Wendy's ever. Oil REALLY needs to be changed. Needless to say, we did not enjoy our lunch.
I waited in line for about a half an hour then when I received my food it was the wrong Burger in my bag the french fries tasted awful that was one of the worst experience I ever had at Wendy's
