I've driven by multiple times and have even looked into their CSA program, but I never knew it was open to the public until today. My dad is in town and took me here, and we had an absolute blast feeding the goats - even though the black & white one is a little glutton ; Not to mention their selection of fresh produce, salsas, jams, and snacks is insane! I LOVE pickled green beans, so although we had a full day planned today and couldn't purchase anything other than goat food, we are definitely coming back tomorrow.
Ive driven by Wenninghoff a million times and finally decided to stop by. Very friendly employee cant remember her name. She was very helpful. They sell product for other local businesses which is awesome! The Salsa is to die for Even though its a drive for me, I'll definitely be back!!
Wenninghoff's is a must if you are into true truck farm type experience. They grow a large selection of produce right on their farm. They let you know where the produce is grown if they did not prodice it there. A true family farm and a great experience just to wander around.
We took the whole family to the pumpkin patch today and it was fantastic! Our small children were entertained for a couple of hours and are already asking to go back. It is very earthy and exactly as the website described.
We really enjoyed our time at Wenninghoff’s! They have an awesome indoor farmer’s market and the pumpkin patch is free to enter. We loved not having to pay an admission fee to go to the pumpkin patch with our little family. Excited to come back in the spring to see the flowers!
We stop by Wenninghoff's a few times a year. I have always been impressed with their produce and specialty items. The customer service is typically exceptional, but today, an employee screamed at my daughter for trying to buy a single peach she didn't know that they were sold in bulk only. This particular employee was rude and obnoxious. I won't let one negative experience keep me away but be sure your employees are courteous; especially to kids.
My daughter and I went here in the fall to get pumpkins and mums. We ended up getting way more….homemade jam, fresh produce & more. There is also a great kid’s zone with goats, ducks, chickens, bunnies & activities. Such a sweet place that isn’t too busy.
Came with the grandkids for the animals-No animals, kids needed to use the bathroom-No bathroom, went inside and it looked like it was raked over but the prices were still high. Over all experience-pass. Nothing here to be excited about.
I love this place... Feels like down home!! The freshness of the produce is top-flight! The staff there are kind and helpful.
Fun farm and farmers market experience. Reasonable prices. Chicken and goat feeding and petting
