Wes Stahler - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently retired from my own State Farm Agency after 42 years of being that “good neighbor agent”. My motto included “someone you know and trust”. Many of my clients have asked me who they should pick to be their next agent. I know many many agents, but there are certain criteria I demand to be the kind of agent I would recommend. Chris McCoy is that agent and you can trust him to live up to your personal expectations no matter how high.

My mother was on a call with Matthew Sherro as I was present with her to help with any questions she would have and Matthew did not have a good energy on the phone, he was short with his responses and even messed up the VIN number when trying to insure a new car. Literally the VIN number was not even close to her new car and he did not even verify if he had the correct information. He just went through everything and let her know he would be sending an email out shortly. I understand people make errors but I do question his professionalism and hope he just was having a bad day because this is not what a customer would want to experience from a representative.

Matt Sherro! If I could post 10 stars for you I would. I look forward to working with you on my account in the near future. You truly are a "Good Neighbor". I was also going to say I don't think no, I KNOW I have never been this excited about my insurance agent.

We will not pay for such loss regardless of: a the cause of the excluded event; or b other causes of the loss; or c whether other causes acted concurrently or in any sequence with the excluded event to produce the loss; or d whether the event occurs abruptly or gradually, involves isolated or widespread damage, occurs on or off the residence premises, arises from any natural or external forces, or occurs as a result of any combination of these: c. Water, meaning: 8 water or sewage below the surface of the ground, including water or sewage that exerts pressure on, or seeps or leaks through a building structure, sidewalk, driveway, swimming pool, or other structure; or 9 material carried or otherwise moved by any of the water or sewage, as described in items c. 1 through c.8 above. However, we will pay for any accidental direct physical loss by fire, explosion, or theft resulting from water, provided the resulting loss is itself a loss insured. SECTION I - CONDITIONS 6. Suit Against Us. No action will be brought against us unless there has been full compliance with all of the policy provisions. Any action by any party must be started within one year after the date of loss or damage. However, if the cause of loss or damage is burglary, theft, larceny, robbery, forgery, fraud, vandalism, malicious mischief, confiscation, wrongful conversion, disposal or concealment, the action must be started within two years from the time the cause of action accrues. This Company does not intend, by this letter, to waive any policy defenses in addition to those stated above, and reserves its right to assert such additional policy defenses at any time. You have never has a more entertaining experience at an insurance agency, here.I stopped in around 4pm to be greeted with snacks and soda. Matt, the firont office guy is hilarious. i didnt see him coming.

Mr Sherro is one of the agents I have ever worked with. He understands how to talk to people, not talking insurance terms.
