They have a super small selection of anything not beer related. All their liquor is in the wall behind the clerks, so you can not browse the items or really even see what selections they have. On top of that their staff doesn't seem to know what they have in stock which is odd because it's so small. I'll not go here again.
The manager ignored me when I entered, not knowing I was a regular! I won't bring up race, but he is definitely a special guy! I'd never seen him, so he showed his true colors. I will NEVER EVER shop there again! I also keep my white, black and Hispanic homies away!!!
SUPPORT OTHER LIQUOR STORES!! It makes since they have a 3.1 rating, just read all the reviews. Awful selection of beer, that's over-priced, in a sketch location. But that's not why I'm rating a 1. I walked in at 750 pm on St Patrick's day, and the employee stated to argue that it was too close to their closing time while giving me attitude. I left way before 8 pm their closing time and the employee was yelling at me at me walking out.
This store is great. They have a ton of craft beers, and new ones come in all the time. I'm Always trying something new. Plus they really support local breweries. The selection isn't the hugest, but they have always had what I was looking for and more. And the people that work there are always friendly to me. Good selection, good prices, good people, what else could you want? I'm not going anywhere else in the neighborhood and paying downtown and park avenue prices for worse stores.
I love this store. I've been going there for years. It is the cleanest and most organized liquor store I've ever been to. The staff is always super nice to me, and have always been helpful. And I love the big craft beer selection, they always have new stuff coming in that I want to try. I love the make your own 6-pack thing they do, it really makes trying stuff a lot easier. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Terribly rude staff, especially the brunette with glasses. Anyhow, I've been in a handful of times for convenience and this will definitely be the last. Seems they have a decent selection of crafts and IPA's. Prices are a little high, but not TERRIBLE. If you don't mind being degraded and looked at as 'less than worthy' I'd suggest giving it a whirl! However, if you have any dignity and/or self respect, spend the extra 2 minutes going down the street. You'll be glad you did! You, my friends, are very welcome!
Older lady came rushing out the back yelling about me and my friend drinking our vitamin water in her store. We accepted what she had to say and put them away. Then proceeded to rush out out of her store into the cold while we waited for our Uber. Her words were “I don’t see why you can’t wait for them outside.”Not saying race was involved but we felt very uncomfortable after spending our money at this business.
I love this place, its across the street from my house and all I buy is Makers Mark. The owner Luba ... which happens to be my name as well saved me a shirt from Makers Mark distributor and gave it to me as a gift.... Its family to me and ill always support them. Cheers
store supposed to close at 11 on this particular evening, made it over there just after 10:30 to find it locked and shut down. otherwise a decent place, but I dont feel as though I should have to call to check if you are still open during your posted hours of operation. went back a few weeks later, supposed to be open until 11, everything dark and locked at 10:40. either change your hours or stop closing early, its lazy, unprofessional, and youve lost my business in the future.
Phenomenal service. Twice now they’ve helped me find a wine that I had a hard time getting elsewhere yay Bread and Butter Pinot Noir!. They were super friendly, helpful and so fast! Highly recommended.
