West Louisiana Jujutsu Training Academy

I've been training in martial arts for about fifteen years now and I've seen more dojos and gyms come and go in this town than I can count, all save this one, and with good reason. Where a lot of schools fail is treating it like a business first and putting the integrity of the arts at a long distant second, but the head instructor's passion for martial arts and dedication to his students is plain as day. Would absolutely recommend for anyone, kids or adults.

I have studied martial arts for a great deal of my life and I can tell you this, you will not find a more dedicated, knowledgeable and skilled instructor as Joey Harvey. He has a lifetime of information to share with you if you decide to make martial arts part of your life.

I've been training for about a year and a half and in that time I've learned self defense but also life lessons and have gained a new sense of discipline. We train hard but safe, and the instructors here teach us with patience and care. I've become more humble and gained wisdom from being taught here. We are not just a dojo, we are a family, and i highly recommend adults and children all come and become apart of our Juko-Kai family.

Awesome place, they run a traditional Dojo and teach good ethics, Best in town.

An awesome place to bring your kids. They learn discipline, motor skills, listening skills and grow as individuals. They have a great adult class as well.
