Ok. They have what you need most of the time. Not much on the shelves. This is our 3rd time we ordered. Craig was most informative. Tracey helped get my order together. My dog got a treat!

Very disappointing visiting West Marine. Very poorly stocked shelves looked like a flea market. Their prices are outrageous. Ill never go back.

Terrible experience..took over a month to recieve kayak with no communication from west marine. It had damage when i recieved it and was told nothing we can do about it..Transported in a plastic bag from Canada. I asked for an % dicount and that turned into a hassle. Just wanted to be done with it. I will not use them again..

Their selection is great, but the prices can be a little steep. But when you need something right away they often have it.
