Picked up shrimp lo mein, crab sticks and wonton soup. The shrimp lo mein was good and I liked that it wasn’t saturated with oil. It also brought a decent amount of shrimp. My husband didn’t like the crab sticks; he found them mushy inside and over fried. And the wonton soup was okay, they did give a lot of wontons. I found the prices very reasonable for the area.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and never tried this place because of the questionable reviews. It’s good, average Chinese takeout. -Mushu Pork: great. Double pancakes for $1 -Steamed bok choi not on menu?, sauce on side: great -Veggie Lo Mein: good/average -Sesame chicken: great -Hot and Sour soup: bad. Had almost no flavor.

I went here for the first time yesterday afternoon and I ordered the shrimp basket, chicken wings and fried dumplings. My daughter was on the toilet all night and I got served shrimp that smelled like freezer burn and was old really old I'm never going there ever again. The service was good and a nice restaurant but the food was expired and terrible.

Tasty, large portions, good value. Lunch special is great.Food: 5/5

It's very bad what this restaurant does by taking away the tip that we add to the relay delivery drivers. They always ask me to show them my receipt because the restaurant always gives them a 0 tip.Food: 1/5

We just recently started ordering from them. Usually take out We have been passing by them for years and we decided to give it a try frw months ago. My husband likes their chicken and broccoli, he said it has great flavor compared to other Chinese take out spot we go to. I like their lomein and chicken curry mei fun. I like that they accept cards but even paying with cash, their prices are slightly more expensive compared to others. So far, the food that we order are good. The fried chicken have nice flavor. If we are in the area, that is our go to spot

I ordered shrimp and broccoli and the shrimp were horrible!! Told the manager and she acted like nothing! Like it’s normal! Threw it all away Food: 2/5

West Place is the primary Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. The proprietors of the restaurant have retired, and their children have taken over. It is usually a good thing when the children take over, but I have to disagree this time. I've ordered my usual dishes and they don't taste the same. The customer service is on point. The seating has returned, and you do have the option to eat in. I would suggest using discretion when eating their food.

I ask for 1/2 chicken and french fries the chicken was old and hard french fries was hard ,the garlic chicken was old and salty never again will I buy from themFood: 1/5
