Courteous staff. Very efficient and well organized appointment scheduling and reception. Observes social distancing. Online scheduling/new patient registration and the text message reminders are very convenient. You can upload all of your information to their portal before your visit.

Quick, respectful and efficient service. My only criticism is that I was told the address was 1790 Broadway and it was 5 Columbus Circle. I ran around for 20 minutes until a worker told me. Why do that?

The staff doing the MRI and XRays were great. Deborah at the front desk has been consistently rude and lacking any customer service skills at all. She has legit yelled at patients for no reason?? and should NOT be allowed to service anyone, ever. Will not be returning

The service was amazing from the phone call to walking in for the appt. All staff on site were very nice and polite. My technician for the Ultrasound was very understanding and patient as well as answered some basic questions I had. If I ever needed to have imaging done again I would definitely choose this location.
