Had a shoulder replacement about 8 yrs ago and it's doing great!!

Had a knee replacement 5 yrs ago and it did great for the first 4 yrs and this last yr it has messed up on me with clicking and popping noise which I don't blame Dr. Kelly for what it is doing but I'm pretty sure it's the hardware goofing up.... Don't know but as far as the bone and joint clinic they will not let me see Dr. Kelly to get the knee checked out because I haven't paid any on my out standing balance thats over due .. if I pay $500.00 on the bill then I can get a appointment and they wlill see me then.. So you guys can decide yourself... I give the billing department 👎👎
