Dropped off a mower to be fixed. They had it for 36 days. Never called back. I called them every week for updates, always stated I was next. I had informed them what was wrong with the mower. For two weeks they stated my mower was next one in. I went there to pickup, not fixed, never looked at. They said part was on back ordered. I told them i called the company for the part, they had on stock and I'd could get it in 3 days, that was 3 weeks ago. Called company today will have my part in 3 days. Hmm? Back ordered? Don't think so also very disappointed in this shop. NEVER WILL RETURN OR TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE!!!!!! STAY AWAY!! An update on my mower. I ordered the part on Monady, received it on Wednesday, took me 30 minutes to replace. Up and running cutting grass. No thanks to this shop.

The time to repair was a little slow, approximately 4 weeks. Then they forget to fix something, once I told them about it, they fixed it on the spot.

They always treat me great when I go into their store.Being a woman in a shop like that can sometimes feel awkward but it's always a nice visit. Knowledgeable employees even a nice repair guy.thanks
