Only buy new goods from them and NEVER EVER let them service your equipment! Bought a new stihl chainsaw from them and was having issues in less than a year. Also got the 2 year warranty.  They told me to throw it away and buy another saw and warranty wouldn't cover. Took it to carquest in Frostburg, they repaired under warranty and I have cut 3 seasons of firewood since and still running great! They did the same to my dad with his Troy Bilt tiller. Told him the engine was shot. Ebbys in Hagerstown fixed it. Needed a seal kit on carburetor and a spark plug. I wouldn't let W.M.O.P. work on a skateboard if you paid me to!

We bought a belt that they told us fit our mower. After we tried to put it on and it wouldn't fit we tried to take it back for another size...they told us we couldn't return it because it was dirty! We tried to put it on a lawnmower!! Didn't even make a rotation because it wouldn't fit. We won't be returning!
