I would not recommend working at the VA nursing home. its a clean place yes, but they do not care about there employees. they don't train you well once you get on the floor and they don't help you. there's a lot of disrespect from office people mainly from the lady who dose the work scheduling. I did not like working there.

For this being, first of all, a nursing home let alone a VA funded one, the staff is very caring and considerate of their residents. The facility is up to date, and kept in a good clean working order. There is some room for improvements, bit all in all i would be ok with one of my family members living here.
