Westbrook Appraisals

The professionalism that we received is undoubtably a major disappointment. When we had Tad Westbrook come out to do an appraisel on our home we had no idea that he was the first original appraiser to do a quote for our house from the first sale 8 years ago. Tad showed up for all of five minutes (looked over the house) explained that he was the original appraiser on the house and that he had documents from before. So instead of doing an updated appraisal from our current state of the home which has been updated in many ways from 8 years previous, he did not update the paperwork appropriately and gave us the same quote as the house was listed at 8 years ago! Thank you for excepting $1,500 for all of 5 minutes work, for old work that you did 8 years previous! We will be sure to look elsewhere when we need an appraisal, and will be sure to let our peers know the lack of decency and professionalism from this man!
