This is one of the best companies that you could ever purchase from! I have had the pleasure of knowing them for years. Best companie I have known!

While I'm largely pleased with a full house window purchase, there are things of which you need to be weary. Western aligns themselves with Howard Coleman as the installer and his work is poor - see the BBB site for even more information. He promises to be able to repair stucco but the repairs are obvious and glaring. His workers often do not have the proper tools. In addition. Anderson windows - as sold by Western - aren't able to make small windows that don't rattle. Their larger ones are sound; but the small ones are cheap an ineffectively balanced.

These guys are great .fast, efficient, knowledgeable .we've used them for multiple projects over the years .and there's a reason for that .we know they are able to take care of what is requested. Thank you .

Not sure if they are helpful or not. No one ever answered the phone. Went by during business hours and the doors were all locked. Gate was opened and I walked around but no one came out to help.

The staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone. They keep alot in inventory.

The only place in town where I could find a replacement for an unusual sized window. Great prices, great service, great local business!
