I agree that these guys are incompetent. The staff is rude. The mental health nurse practitioners and the psychiatrists don't know their head from their ass. They didn't give me proper treatment, they're not bery invested in their clients

Extremely frustrated with office staff! I called regarding appointment times and after repeatedly saying I didn't want my appointment cancelled I seen needed to be seen...my appointment WAS CANCELLED. I which put that I was like wait no I needed that appointment the lady on the phone became very rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot and didn't know what i was talking about. It is hard enough to to seek Mental Health Services and the front desk people are the first contact. How unprofessional for you to talk to someone like that. You are interacting with someone at the worst at times and you act as if they are incompetent! I admire the help I'm receiving from the actually psychological staff. However the front desk made me feel so bad about myself that I didn't even schedule a weekly appointment and now have anxiety around going to my remaining appointments. Thanks for being apart of the problem and no longer a solution

Great staff! A wide variety of counselors and treatment types.

Their mental health staff is fairly helpful, however i tend to find the people that answer the phone not very friendly a lot of the time. It doesnt make a whole lot of sense to have unfriendly people on a place that is supposed to be helping people with problems!

Dr. Oneal at the stark street office is compassionate, caring and is very knowledgeable in her field...Desk staff is always courteous and helpful
