Western Wholesale Flooring

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Their team was amazing! Professional, on time, efficient and cleaned up everything! They had to move our furniture from room to room and they were completely respectful while moving some very heavy pieces. I was so impressed with their team of workers. The company has been great to work with from start to finish. We even got our carpet two weeks ahead of schedule. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We bought our carpet through Home Depot and Western States Flooring came to install. They drove 3 hours to come here and were here right at 8 am with a happy attitude! They worked SO hard and so long. They never took a break! I couldn't believe it. I was sure our project would take them more than one day, but they were cleaned up and gone by 3 pm day one. Our carpet looks beautiful. They did an awesome job and were super respectful. I'm blown away by their work ethic!

Referred by another builder because of time. Jacob came to the house, measured, and had the quote the next morning. Installation crew took 2 1/2 days to install. Left the site very clean afterwards. Grateful for their work and product. Easy to communicate with and I highly recommend. Thank you!

I was very impressed with our installation. In just 6 hours they re-carpeted our entire house. The 3 installers Jose, Ramon, and Orlando were very professional and worked quickly. We have a huge family room, so there are 4 seams and you can't find them. It looks fabulous! I would definitely use them again!

I just got new flooring for my basement after my husband and I finished it. I found my experience with Western States very positive. They handled everything at my convenience in a very professional and efficient manner. They're employees were also professional, efficient and easy to deal with. They took pride in their work and made sure I was happy with the job they did. I would gladly have them back to do more flooring if I ever need them again. I gave them 5 star's.

Installers were on-time early actually but called ahead, thorough and finished in a timely manner. They were also very nice and did a great job on July 13, 2022. Very pleased with the entire experience!

It was so great! They leveled the floor and sanded some rough spots. They were willing to help with questions. So friendly and worked through late in the day to get it all done for me yesterday. It looks gorgeous and transition areas appear to be extra sturdy. Which is always a concern. They were absolutely great installers. Thank you!

Western flooring did an amazing job installing our flooring! They cleaned up after their work and left each room sparkling! No complaints here! I would highly reccomend the team that visited us!

Moved into a home and bought $14,000 carpet through Western, which they installed. Have multiple "obvious" seams throughout the home. They re-sent out their original installers. They worked on all the seams for awhile and ended up telling me that the carpet was defective. They told me I would hear from Western. No response. After multiple requests for how the process worked, I was told that a claim would be filed. Got a call from management at Western who told me he had to come out to inspect. He worked on the seams. Some look better, but some are still "very obvious". He informed me he found nothing wrong with the carpet. He asked what happened when I vacuumed the carpet. I responded that vacuuming will hide the seams a little until you walk on it for a day or two and then they reappear. When I said that you should not have obvious seams on new carpet, he stated "that isn't entirely true". He told me to just vacuum when I see the seams. I highly doubt they tell potential clients that you may see very obvious seams throughout your carpet or that if you do that they won't stand behind their work. To tell someone to just vacuum over their bad work is plain flippant. Extremely disappointed this company doesn't stand behind their work/product & I would never recommend them to anyone.

Ordered our carpet through Home Depot and it was installed by Western States Flooring. The carpet install got delayed by two days as it was delayed in shipping. Western States called well before the original install and rescheduled, it actually worked out better as I needed a two day install and they did the install on a Friday and Monday . The installers were really great, they were here when they said they would be, and worked very hard. The carpet looks awesome, they did a great job. Highly recommended.
