Welcome to the Wood Floor Warehouse website! We have been located at 4097 S. 420 W. Salt Lake City, UT for over 10 years now. We are family owned and operated and have been in the wood flooring business for over a half a century when Grandpa Tolman started it all in 1947 in Dallas, TX. We've come a long way since those days and are not only doing beautiful floors but have actually started manufacturing our very own line right here in Utah which are sold around the world! Randy the owner was SO helpful. I found myself in a tight bind trying to finish a job so I could make it home to Arizona before Christmas and I was finding myself out of luck. I was referred to the Wood Floor Warehouse, and Randy and his colleague Doug jumped through hoops to sell me some wood filler. Thanks to these gentlemen, I'm going to make it home on time to see my family in Arizona for the holidays. Bless these folks. They've definitely got my business for all future wood flooring jobs. Thank you SO much!
Honest and polite with excellent pricing. They even lets us borrow a flooring stabler for free. However I can't give 5 stars because they gave my mother a very poor advice for a novice.  They described a parque floor with herringbone edges as "easy". It easily quadrupled the time to install the floor. It was not manipulative, it was just poor advice for novice floor install.  They ended up selling us *less* wood than they would have because one quarter of the patten used wood we already owned.  They are honest and have good prices.  However their advice is not for novices. In they should enquire if the costumer has experience before recommending expert level floor patterns. I ended up having to do a lot of face nailing.
We installed hickory flooring with a walnut stain over 5 years ago and the floor still looks fantastic. We get compliments on our floor all the time. We installed over 800 square feet ourselves. Definatly took some time but we’ll worth the effort. We chose a 3 x 7 x 3 x 5 pattern and really like the look.
This is will be the first time taken the time to give a company a review. Buyer's beware as Randy can be super pleasant up front but after you pay them it all goes down hill. After meeting with them and getting the sample agreed, the wood that was delivered was the wrong color. Randy insisted that we could install and then he would come and color it after. He recommended an installer that we then found out was his son. His son measured the floor and got the sq footage wrong. We ran out and had to order another 100 sf feet. When it was delivered our new installer told us it had been sanded and was thinner... This caused problems and despite the installers best efforts the floor is not flush. The wood planks are not cut great and have gaps. I have spoken with three installers and they have all said the floor is poor. We spent over $27,000 + install + now chasing a person to stain the floors after many false promises from Randy. You may think you are getting a good deal but I assure you your time, energy and dealing with a shady person is not worth it. RUN!
Loved working with Randy and the WoodFloorWarehouse team. They created beautiful flooring and made sure that I knew every little trick to gluing and nailing my blackened, hand scraped walnut floor 7" & 5" mix. The flooring made the kitchen complete. Thank you.

I've had my floors in my home for four years and they are still as beautiful as the day we had them installed. My family and I love love love our floors. I would also recommend the installation class as it was very helpful and made the process much easier.

I went to a friends house because she had recently remodeled it. The house looked amazing but the stand out feature was the flooring. A few days later I found myself down at Wood floor warehouse because I couldn’t get over her stunning floors. I ended up getting custom white oak flooring and I have been so happy with it! It changes the complete feel of my home and I love it. It’s easy to maintain durable, beautiful and unique. I have also had two sister-in-law‘s to do flooring through wood floor warehouse since and their flooring looks amazing as well. Randy and Deborah are great to work with!
