Awesome experience! Jeremy was great to work with. He is friendly, professional, and after a few questions, understood our needs exactly. He helped us pick a quartz top that matched our color scheme and gave us a timeline for delivery. All of our appointments were on time and delivery was on schedule. I would highly recommend working with Jeremy and InteriorWorx for any countertop needs.

Our experience working with Jeremy and InteriorWorx Countertops was extremely positive. Any questions I had regarding our remodel were answered, and I felt that everything was clearly communicated as to what we needed to do to prepare for the installation. Brenden, who prepared our template, was extremely helpful in giving me information on how to care for our quartz countertops and gave me tips on how to freshen up our cabinets. The installers were pleasant and professional. The end result is just beautiful. We couldn’t be happier!

Jeremy was awesome to work with. He helped us find a remnant piece that matched our existing countertops perfectly, and at a great price for the level of the piece. We had a little snag when the style of the kitchen sink we chose was tricky, but Jeremy and the templating crew worked through it with us to get it right, and without incurring extra cost. The follow up from Larisa in the service department was also impressive. She gets props for quick and thorough customer service : She called and emailed after installation to see that we were happy with the work. We did find a small issue, and they came and took care of it right away. We are thrilled with our new basement kitchenette, and that we were able to get gorgeous countertops at a great price!

This was my second job with InteriorWorx and they did an absolutely fantastic job, same as the first time. The entire team was very easy to work with and accommodated any additional requests that I had throughout the planning process. The finished product looks amazing, and I would highly recommend InteriorWorx to anyone looking for great customer service, top-of-the-line products, and thorough attention to detail for any job needed, regardless of size or scope.

We had a great experience with InteriorWorx! Due to the small size of our counter, they immediately recommended we use a remnant piece as the most cost-effective solution for our kitchen. They had plenty of remnants to choose from, and the price was the most affordable compared to other quote we got. Throughout the process, the team was communicative, and I always knew what was going on or heard back quickly if I had questions. The installation turned out beautiful!

Our experience started off great as our salesperson, Jeremy, was very helpful. Then, things went downhill and kept getting worse. We were told the counters would be delivered X date and then two days prior were told they had the wrong countertops and needed to reschedule install. Jeremy was very rude to me when discussing the very frustrating situation. The countertops were installed only to discover the templating had been wrong and the countertop was hanging over four inches and the cooktop was nowhere near centered. The ledge they installed in the window would've hit our faucet and also needed cut. No one from Interiorworx caught these issues--we did. They sent someone to remove the counter and cut it on site which made for a jagged seam. The cooktop was still not exactly centered but we were told it would be fine. The appliance install people said it wouldn't be fine but we have to live with it because cabinetry and backsplash had already been installed at that point and couldn't redo the counter. Interiorworx sent some guy to repair the seam and many scratches on our counters but he made them look worse. They sent an expert repair person who spent seven hours repairing the counters. The seam is still quite visible but after three attempts to repair it, we have been told it's the best it's going to be. While they attempted to fix the issues, everyone from Interiorworx treated me as though I was the one asking too much I paid A LOT for these counters and wanted what I paid for. I would never use them again and hope others use this as a warning to stay far away from them.

We had our 2nd positive experiences with Jeremy and the good folks at InteriorWorx Countertops. All commitments, purchases, and installments were completed on time and the work was flawless. We are pleased and grateful for the commitments made and kept. Sincerely, Clay Lantz
