I went in today to buy a thermostat. I asked the sales person what I needed. 20 minutes later I have no thermostat and the staff was standing around chatting with each other. Well I got my $129 thermostat at another store!

From my experience the staff are very knowing and when I needed help finding a thermostat an employee pointwd me in the direction of the thermostats very kindly the have a wide variety of item selections and and they have many different brands there is also gardening supplies and even plant seeds and plants which have already grown a bit so you can continue growing them they sell tools 🔧 and power tools and things for the yard such as electric mosquito traps weed killers fertilizer and sprinklers

Ace Hardware is a chain of hardware stores that have a very good selection of Hardware items. Garden hoses, plumbing supplies, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, all types of tools, and pretty much any type of item you might need for home repairs. If you're in the mood for some Home Maintenance, and need the right tools, this is your place.

The price are equal or more expensive then Lowes or home depot depending on what you buy but the customer service is the worst ever I have years of experience in retail and the customer service is the worst I have ever seen in any retail store.
