Westlake Ace Hardware 035

Took 30 minutes, 3 employees, and moved between two cash register counters, and waiting in line behind large crowds to sortout my online purchase which i paid for in advance. When the Asst. Manager couldnt figure out why the order pick up wasn't working he told the cashier to stand with me so he could go to the office. Why? I paid for the items and i wasnt running out the door. They had my drivers license and order paperwork. Ridiculous. They also cancelled one of my items which caused me to lose my promotion code of $10, charged way more than home depot for the items, and i have to go through this a second time for ship to store. I emailed customer service twice. No reply at all. 👎

Great store to grab some quick Hardware or just that little piece of pipe , screw , paint, whatever you need to start or finish a fix it or build it project. This week they were having the buy one gallon get one gallon free of the Valspar paint. Can't beat that with a stick or a billy club

Westlake ace is a great place to shopping. And the employee's are very friendly helpful and courteous. Just a great place

Went into Dollar Tree and the cashier's were very upbeat and helpful. Will go there again.
