Westport Social

Westport Social is the hippest new bar in the county. Everybody who's anybody goes here, and I mean every-body. This place draws crowds from downtown, and even far off St. Charles! Both times I've been it has been packed and very hard to find a table (hence why only 4 stars). However, it's a bar with open seating and that's just part of it. There is so much to do and see and hear, it never disappoints. Both times there was a live band, and people of all ages were getting down. A lot of moving and shaking going on. It was great to watch, and also participate in. Anything goes!

Great place, lots to do but if you're a people watcher there's plenty of that too. Drink prices are good and the food menu is nice and managable. Everything we've tried has been absolutely delicious... Especially the pork rinds with that garlic sauce. HOLY COW! or Holy pigskin, in this case.

This place has foozeball, ping-pong, dartboard, hoops, karaoke and a few other games. The environment was very lively. There was a live band playing popular songs, and some people were dancing to the music. There are a couple of huge screens for sports. The food was okay and overpriced, but the beer choice was simple and short yet adequate. The staff was friendly. I really liked the fact that young and old crowd were having fun together.

Cool little spot to hang out with wide open spaces and a ton of fun things to do. But the lack of happy hour special killed the vibe. The cost of every drink was sky high. My husband and I spent a months worth of entertainment money in one night. So because of that we will not be going back anytime soon. as a matter of fact I will be taking a month of of happy hours to catch up.

Finally a good bar in Westport, great beer selection and a great place to hang out with friends or co-workers after work. They also have a great selection of games to play such as basketball and pool that will keep you busy. I had a burger and fries while there and it was excellent. Highly recommend.
