Was disappointed that they confirmed my appointment the day before and when I arrived they couldn't find it. They did take it but it wasn't busy.

Friendly service personal and newly remodeled facility..
Drove 40+ miles only to hear that the car I was scheduled to test drive had been sold earlier that day. Someone should've called me! Salesperson acted like they needed sleep...badly.
