Westside Ob-Gyn Center

The office is clean and the staff is super friendly...but the wait time is HORRIBLE! It takes 2 hours to get through what should be a 10 minute appointment. They really should open a second location if they are that overbooked.

The doctor I saw here was okay, but the office staff is rude. I asked the doctor about testing for PCOS and he didn't even know what it is. (It's an endocrine disorder that affects 10% of women. I would later find out at another clinic that I indeed have it.) Then I asked for an appointment to discuss fertility options. The receptionist said that my insurance wouldn't cover fertility treatments. I was on my husband's insurance plan and confirmed beforehand that they would cover it, so I knew she was lying. After reading her the riot act, she apologized, but still remained unhelpful. I later found a wonderful fertility clinic on my own and took my OB/GYN care elsewhere.

I'd give it a zero if I could. My first two pregnancies were fine I just went to westside for Ultrasounds and they were who delivered. My third so far has been a horrible experience with them. My Anatomy scan which has always taken an hour to an hour and a half was literally 30 minutes including the wait time. She never spoke besides to say he was a boy. They NEVER told me that he had a possible heart arrhythmia or cyst in the brain. I found out about the arrythmia 2 weeks later at my prenatal appointment at the health department. When the health department called to see why it was never communicated to me Westside excuse was "She gets her prenatal care through you guys. Shes not considered our patient so we're not obligated to communicate when shes there". If im there for an Ultrasound laying on their bed and their delivering my baby how am I not their patient? I found out about the brain cyst 5 weeks later when I went for a whole new anatomy scan it was in the records Westside faxed over. Don't worry West Side. My baby has neither the arrhythmia or cyst you failed to tell us about. He will also be delivered by someone else. Wouldn't want your neglectfullness to ware off in the delivery room.

I LOVE Dr. Staebler and midwife Colleen Guiterrez! I travel a long distance to see them. I do miss that Dr. Rosenow is no longer there because he was good and funny. My only con is that it takes forever for someone to answer the phone!

Amazing doctors and staff, I have had other things that needed to be taken care of besides having kids and the care is wonderful.
