Wilkerson Obstetrics And Gynecology

I absolutely love this practice! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable from the receptionist up front to the doctors! I never feel rushed and they always happy to answer any questions. They respond quickly to questions through their patient portal. Their phlebotomist is awesome! I hate needles and she is so friendly and talks to you to keep your mind off things! Truly an amazing practice!

I have been going to Wilkerson since I moved to Raleigh 3 years ago and I always recommend it to someone looking for an OBGYN or a new one. The office staff, doctors, nurses are all wonderful. Dr. Matthews, Dr. Flanagan, Dr. Mong, and Dr. Roche are my favorites. Before Wilkerson I was uncomfortable with seeing a male gynecologist but I saw Dr. Mong for a procedure and he was absolutely wonderful, and Dr. Matthews delivered my child. I always look forward to visiting...which says a lot because we usually don't look forward to gynecology visits! The only complaint I have isn't even about them-but the parking lot. Depending on what time your appointment is it can be hard to get a parking spot, but after being assured by the wonderful receptionist that we wouldn't get a ticket for parking in a "reserved for doctor" spot (apparently security knows parking is an issue in mid-morning) there has never been an issue.

Every doctor I met here was absolutely amazing. I started my pregnancy seeing another practice, and transferred here much to my relief. Each doctor treated me with kindness and took as much time as I needed to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I never once felt rushed. My wait was never more than ten or fifteen minutes. Dr. Matthews delivered my twins, and his calm confident demeaner helped make my experience a memorable one for all the right reasons. I honestly wish that I could see him as my primary care doctor and my children's pediatrician! I could not recommend this office enough!

Was a long time patient there and loved my doctor (Dr. Roche). When I got pregnant they had me see all the doctors since my due date was on the weekend. I did not like that because they were all different. Ended up with Dr. Matthews, who is the worst. He never really took my concerns seriously and the end result was me having a still birth. He told me I was in false labor and that there was nothing to worry about when my son's heart rate dropped as I was having contractions. The next day I go in and they cannot find a heart beat. I refuse to go back there because of him.

I have had both my children with Wilkerson. Everyone there is always very kind and accommodating! So much so that I always miss not going after having my babies! The facilities are easy to access and always have ample parking! I love that it is right next to Rex hospital! Dr. Mong is my favorite doctor. Very smart and caring! Everyone is great!
