I've worked there and they simply don't care about customers or their employees, care about just making money. Move your business quickly to another loan/mortgage company; you'll be sorry otherwise, in my opinion.

This has been one of the most confusing experiences in my life. Never get a straight answer. No attention to detail from the beginning of the process. I would start with your personal bank. This was a waste of ALOT of money and time. RUN! Anywhere but here.

Rude and incompetent. Nothing can be done online, but anything mailed to them will be ignored except your check. Unfortunately, my mortgage was sold to them, I never made the choice to be their customer and highly suggest no one else ever do.

Love them just pay your bills and you have no problem. I have never had a problem with them.

We have sent SEVERAL emails to take forbearance off our loan and get NO response !

If you ever end up with any sort of natural disaster the check your insurance cuts to you and them will BE HELD. They will not release anymore money to us until we are 100% done with repairs. When you are 10s of 1000s dollars in claim makes it pretty difficult. Can’t wait to find a new company.
