If you could give zero ratings I would. The people who runs this gas station now are just rude. They don’t know how to treat their customers. I’ve even witnessed them treating African Americans like thieves. Example, my mother and I went here for gas however my mom went inside to get lottery tickets. My mother wasn’t rude she simply asked the lady can I see my tickets to make sure they are correct before purchasing. The lady proceeded to say that they are and my mom just needs to pay first. She wouldn’t allow her to see the tickets at all just kept telling her what she owed. On another occasion the door was locked for whatever reason now mind you it’s normally opened. The man that normally works there wasn’t allowing myself, this other lady and group of teenagers 3 or 4 of them who wanted to purchase something to drink. He told them to leave

Con: I dropped my car off for a car inspection. The mechanic told me only an hour wait time and they will call me he was not busy at the moment. Never received the call waiting 2 hours. The car did not pass inspection. Paper work had things listed which did not have anything due to the safety of the vehicle passing. I went elsewhere and the car passed inspection. That being said trust only Maryland Vehicle Emissions Inspection.

Convenient access from Rts. 1 and 198. Generally low prices but certainly not the lowest. 7/22 renovations complete and now open again for business. Everyone has an opinion, as far as I'm concerned, these people are friendly and courteous. Let's face it gas prices these days are horrendous. There's no other word for it but this gas station seems to try to keep the prices as low as possible. It's not the gas station making the money, it's the oil companies.

I thought I had more of a discount on my Giants food card but I did not. It turned out to be a great blessing because I found out how to use my card for savings and I met someone who could help me maintain my car at a reasonable price. Good people are Hard to meet!!!

Do not take your car here for service. Brought my own brakes and from day 1 had issues . They claim to not cover parts they did not install but the problem is that it was installed INCORRECTLY and they refused to fix it . New brakes should not make scrape sounds. If that’s the experience you like waste your money on these dishonest people

The man behind the counter didn't want to void my transaction so I couldn't get my 20 cents of $35 and not $30 then tried to get smart like you can't get 20 cent off $5 did he just forget I said $30 then changed my mind to $35. Petty considering gas stations surrounding him was out of gas. What a way to take advantage of the situation? Pure Evil. I won't be back EVER.

I used my GIANT card at this SHELL gas station @ Ingleside Ave and received .50 off the Regular gas Price. I love getting gas from this location. It's more octane and less water. Every time I purchase gas at this location, it last Much Longer than when I fill-up at other SHELL gas station!

I went to this shell station for a MD State Inspection. I was told when I arrived at 1000am that my car would be done by 100pm. I never heard from them until I finally went there around 300pm and asked what was going on. At that point they took forever getting me the report stating my car had failed. One of the reasons was because it was missing a stud and lug nut. I confronted him about that because I know it was not missing when i left it. He finally admitted that he had broke it. They said it was our fault because we over torqued it. I would never go there again. They lied to me twice, by telling me that my car will be done by 100pm and then telling me at first that it was our fault that the lug nut and stud was missing when they actually broke it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Nice location which is on my way home. there always some shifty characters lurk around at this location. beware always. keep doors locked and as you pump your gas,keep your eyes and ears alert.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING PRACTICES: The amount on the lit up street sign says 2.84 a gallon but when you pull to a pump it is 2.89. I am sick and tired of shady businesses carrying out these deceptive practices. I talked to the people working there and they brought up that that is the "cash" price. Well it sure doesn't say that on your street sign. LAME
