Wet Okole Hawaii

I ordered a set of seat covers for my 07 mustang GT and man they look and feel great! I will say it took about 1 1/2 hours and I had to remove my seats to get the bottom cover on but it's snug as can be and they look fantastic! Definitely recommend just make sure you don't have anything going on the day you install them.

I have used wet Okole before and I had good luck with them. The price for the quality was reasonable. They do end up ripping and failing after about 1 year. But they are a good starter seat cover. That said I ordered some for my new to me toyota tacoma to protect the seats. Promised delivery was 4 to 5 weeks. I called at week 4 they said they would be shipping that week. They did not ship nor will they be ready before the end of week 5. They will not refund shipping. Or upgrade it to overnight. They told me their production problems are mine to deal with. If you expect good turn around time don't.. I will be going elsewhere for my next covers, likely needing them next year due to quality. Don't offer what you can't follow through on. And when you make a mistake don't put it on the customer. Today marks day 35 since I ordered. I will be trying Clazzio out.

I brought a waialua 1919 truck tacoma, with the wet okole seat covers had a bad rubber odor Smelled in the seats covers I had a professional car cleaner To take off the car seats cover detail my interior and now the car smell much better I'm replace my seats covers a other company.

Nice enough business, but it takes so long to get the seat covers. I had a 2017 Tacoma, and it took two months to get the seat covers. Not exactly a custom job, other than the color. Prices are standard, nothing to complain about. I have a new car now, and I'm kind of hesitant to go back, just because it takes so long to receive the covers. I'll admit I have the standard American mentality of "I want it now". Sorry, but 6 to 8 weeks just seems like a long time in this day and age. I don't know what to tell them; hire more workers? These seat covers are a must have. Even if you don’t have messy children and pets they are a lifesaver cause no doubt you will spill something on your seat

Well, the customer service was not that great I went inside with the intention to buy, but with the customer service I got with no one in the store they were not very helpful and seemed to rush me out. I was there at 415pm and know they close at 500pm, but the lost a good sale.

Their product is excellent, but they lack in customer service. I ended up installing the seat covers myself because they said they were unable to pull the straps under the seats due to communication equipment mounted under the seats. Prior to the sale, they confirmed that it would not be a issue since they install seat covers regularly for law enforcement vehicles. I ended up installing myself and both seat covers took 20 minutes to install with little effort. I have 20 years experience in retail sales and management and expect better service from a local company. I try to buy local especially during COVID but I should have just purchased from Coverking like I normally do. I would have saved a couple months of waiting. I would not recommend their products and will not repeat business. Fail on their customer experience. Wet Okole, do not try and contact me to resolve because I've already shared my experience with others.

Always great quality products. Like the colors and trim options out now. The covers last for YEARS with daily wear and tear we currently have eight dogs - used to be just three. It's time, however, to replace the covers, but hey, we've had 'em since '98!! Always a good choice. Really keeps original interior as if it's never been touched - right off the showroom floor! Highly recommend to anyone who wants GREAT protection with comfort and style that'll last a LONG time!

The service and quality from this company has never changed over the years and they have remained my choice to protect my vehicles interior since I purchased my first set of car seat covers 16 years ago. The staff immediately greets you when you arrive and are ready to answer your questions. Since I already knew what I wanted from previous orders, filling out the form took the longest part. I ordered custom covers which took 4-6 weeks to come in and was called to set up an installation. Installation was very quick and they have a very nice showroom to wait in and watch t.v. I purchased the cleaner and UV protector that Wet Okole sells in the showroom and I highly recommend it. My last covers lasted 6 years and still looked brand new and clean. I will continue to return to Wet Okole and definitely recommend anyone looking to protect their ride to check um out!!!
