Nice area to live at. Just too pricey these days.

This place is poorly managed, Office staff is not professional at all and not very knowledgeable. You are responsible for maintaining "your property"; For example, mowing of the lawn, rake leave, snow removal, ect. If housing has to remove the snow, or mow your lawn, be prepared you will be fined over $100. If you need something repaired in your unit, be aware that the housing may charge to fix, and by maybe, its a definite. The other reviewer is correct. Keep in mind, this is income based housing but takes a big chunk of your paycheck for rent; tack in your utility expenses...definitely not worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere.
