The Lab has my favorite staff out of the four WeWork's I've visited. It is also the oldest and most "homey" vibe without the industrial feel. The location is great for anyone in the highlands area, while still being very accessible to downtown. It has two floors and the 4th floor has a small outdoor patio. If you want a view, I suggest Tabor Center or The Hub instead of here. You can grab lunch at at least a dozen places within a 10 minute walk, including several poke places. Do note that the lunches are a bit on the expensive side, usually I am shelling out $15 for any of the options. There is parking along the street, although I'm not sure how often you can find a spot. They also have a parking lot nearby, which I believe is reasonably affordable. Some bike racks also exist outside. The common space has a good vibe and plenty of people walking through that you can chat with. They seem to have a sales heavy member presence and are basically full capacity. One downfall is that the phone booths are typically full, which hurts members who purchase hot desk space but need some privacy at times. Overall, I use this wework more than the others by choice, as my Global Access membership givese access to hot desks at any of the locations.
E-Bike was stolen from locked bike cage in the garage. No remedy of the situation. Just a big corporation with no morals to help tenants.
Our company has had an office here for almost two years and have been extremely happy. The great facilities, amenities, and community have enabled us to efficiently run a small satellite office which still provides high employee satisfaction. We have also been able to grow and expand easily as needed. The community managers and other staff are engaging, fun, and extremely responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend WeWork LoHi for anyone looking for a great office space in a perfect location!
Great space to work and play with plenty of comfy seating, cold-brew on tap, and friendly faces. The community team is fantastic! I didn't know very many folks when I moved to Denver, but now I work in an office full of friends :
After touring nearly every co-working space in Denver, I’m glad I decided to call WeWork LoHi my “home away from home” a year later, and love that going to work doesn’t feel like “work.” Awesome location, a laid back and good non-corporate vibe, great amenities, a super friendly and dedicated staff, an ability to work out of any of their offices when traveling and dog friendly to boot. That said, it’s probably not an ideal space for everybody and depending on your line of business and clientele. For example, you may be less stoked than me if seeking an office affording a higher level of privacy or backdrop better suited for engaging with pretentious clients, holding divorce mediations, operating a boiler room trading desk, or colluding with Russian operatives as part of a political campaign. As you might expect on the flip side, lots of tech and other start ups but also a good mix of other professional types marketing, realtors, financial planners, engineers, attorneys, and countless other small businesses and remote employees. In other words, it’s not all coders and web designers. The only downside I feel obliged to mention is that acoustics are not great even if you rent a private office as noise and conversations tend to travel. However, this is true with nearly every co-working space I toured and even my old corporate office to some extent, and it’s probably a non-issue if you’re not easily distracted or used to working in a group or open office environment. Ultimately, I remain sold on the fact WeWork has a friendly and laid back yet professional and energetic work atmosphere, in addition to having more favorable pricing and its act together more so than many places I toured. To each her/his own no doubt and particularly since the vibe and amenities of every co-working space vary as much as individual personalities. Lots of great options in town with WeWork being an ideal choice depending upon your preferences and business needs
Amazing coworking space in a great location. Great layout with tons of space for groups of 1-4 along with some big conference rooms. They also have a water machine there called FloWater which offered me the cleanest water I've ever had other than maybe Fiji water.
Audrey, the sales executive of these WeWorks would not honor the pricing on the website. The Lab says $640/mo. for a private office. She wants $740 and tells me "sorry about the website being wrong". Bad business. What happens when I do rent? You raise the rent up the first month? If they can't honor the prices on their site, what makes you think you can trust them?
Excellent Co work space with nitro cold brew and kombucha on tap. Friendly staff. Clean atmosphere. Fast wifi.
Co-working space with lots of great amenities; including free cold-brew coffee, free kombucha, hi-speed Wi-Fi, conference rooms, and lots of networking opportunities.
This work situation is great. All the amenities, comfortable spaces, hip neighbors, and plenty of scheduled events and activities. Parking, however is rotten, but I've been told they are working on it.
