OUTRAGEOUS QUOTES!!! I received an outrageous quote to repair my Tesla induction wheel , just ONE wheel, for curb rash that is minimal rash around the rim. You can nearly buy a brand new wheel for this price. I am shocked how this company get so much good reviews, unless people just don't mind spend $550 per wheel. To me it's too expensive. So I called Tesla service center in Portland, and they recommended me to go with a company in Vancouver, WA, called Wheel Kraft NW. I called them up and they sent a mobile tech with a large van out to my location to fix my wheel for $175. A lot cheaper.

A Commitment to Quality We went to Wheel Doctor to have some minor curb rash repaired on our 2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance. This repair consisted of re-powder coating the wheel rather than a cheap and temporary fix like most other repair shops. When we came to pick it up the car the next day, the wheel was powder coated black rather than the OEM color. My fiancé let Shadi know, and he asked us to come back the next day. I drove the car over the next day to have it refinished, and they provided us with a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately, the wheel was refinished a second time in the incorrect color. Shadi rushed to refinish the wheel a third time that same day and I picked it up that night. The end product met our expectations and would take an expert eye to distinguish any difference. Thanks for standing behind your work and committing to doing what it took to make it right. Bring cash to avoid a credit card fee around ~$25 in our case.

I had a new black rimmed Tesla and the Wheel Doctor did an amazing job fixing my rim scratch/damage. They were super responsive, reliable and personable not to mention approachable. They were extremely transparent and upfront about the cost breakdown, which was appropriate for the level of work. I will be coming back IF I have any other rim / wheel issues in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I brought in my Tesla Model Y for a rim repair. There was significant curb rash and even some parts of the rim chipped off. I contacted Shadi Yasin at Wheel Doctor and he let me know that he could take care of it and make it look just like new. He did not disappoint! Shadi did an amazing job and brought my rim back to looking brand new. Not only that, but he also got the whole job done within 24 hours. Shadi is an honest man and goes a great job!! My first experience at Wheel Doctor and it was an absolute great experience. The owner worked with me during lunch time and took the time to work up a fair quote and suggested different options that were better than we had originally discussed. Once it came time to schedule the work he gave me options even when I had to re-schedule multiple times. He continued to work with me. The end result was amazing and was a surprise for my son where updating some stock rims with curb rash to a premium look. Within 2 days of driving around, we had over 5 offers on that car. Honestly, Mo is a magician. Long story short a rouge UPS driver sent my S4 into the curb and my wheels were so deeply gouged and chipped I thought I'd have to buy a new set. But then Mo and team erased any evidence it even happened! They fixed the gouges, chips, un-bent my rim, corrected the color, and even fixed the sensor. I would highly recommend them.

TERRIBLE customer service and they damaged my tire. What a joke.. Don't go here. They bent my wheel when repairing it, so badly that my tire was flat and I had to go to Les Schwab to get that repaired. Now that is a company that knows how to live up to their reputation - they fixed my tire and bent the wheel back so that at the very least I could drive. You should take note, Wheel Doctor.. I gave the Wheel Doctor multiple chances to make this right and refund me for the "repaid" they did to my wheel - they wouldn't even get back to me. How disappointing to see them not just handle this with the integrity I'd expect from a legitimate business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

These guys are awesome. When I was stuck without the tools to change a tire they came out to take care of it for me late on a Friday, patched the tire, and had it ready for me to pick up first thing Saturday morning. Will definitely be coming back with any wheel/tire needs in the future!
