Wheeler Clinic - Administrative Offices Only

This is a wonderful organization with strong values and convictions. Emily in particular is an excellent clinician and I really hope she rises through the ranks one day to lead this organization. Her insight is well beyond her years, and I feel like she's one of the kindest mentors who I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Jonathan also has become a very positive "force" to be reckoned with, and I know he'll bring great clinical skills to lead our team as well. Keep up the great work, Wheeler Clinic!

Wheeler Clinic is pretty good most of the time. One of the social worker therapists there, Amy was exceptional!! She was a great mentor for me during my time interning with this company. And Wheeler Clinic has come a long way in just the time I interened there. For example, now they are doing this new thing where they try to come at their clients' treatment from many different angles. There's the doctors, the therapists, and the case workers who all meet to identify and establish your indeividual needs and assess how these can be met. My time in Wheeler Clinic was very good and I felt very valued as part of the team even thoug h I was just the intern and not in the same experience category as those with a lot more clinical experience. So yes, Wheeler Clinic is definitely a place where I'd recommend a clinician starting out get some good clinical practice and experience under your belt.

Unfortunately not much to say positive about this establishment. Careless, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Was court ordered for an evaluation and treatment back in November 2016 after a charge for marijuana. Finished my second session of classes 3 months ago and I asked them to fax the information to my probation officer, This morning i received a second warning from the Court Support Serviced Division because they still have not been faxed or emailed any of the information or documentation of my completion. But hey at least they remembered to send me my bills 3 times! Make sure to ask about EVERYTHING financially because they will NOT go out of their way to tell you about extra bills and fees. Went for over 3 months last year also, not once was I informed on how much the treatment will be, how much my insurance company can cover, nor how my specific tests would be billed to me a year later. I continuously checked up with them to make sure my insurance covered the classes I went to, if it was still active, they told me I was okay to attend the classes. A few weeks ago I open my mail box to 9 letters from the same company "Quest Diagnosis" the company that handles the Urine samples for Wheeler Clinic, Each one was over $374. Thousands of dollars in bills, not once did any of the people at the front desk, or from the billing department or even my group councilor tell me how much I would have to pay or warn me that I was up over 2,500 in bills, no, they waited until a year later to send them.. but why? Not to mention group always started late, when i had questions most of the time they would not know, or have me call other departments to get any information. Needed help for an issue, and received many more problems in exchange. Love to support good companies who care about their clients. Terrible experience here feel like i was robbed.

Wheeler Clinic is the best job I ever had in my whole career!!!!! All the administration really cares about their employees and makes sure they show it each day. The working environment is also great!! There is always room for advancement as long as you work very hard and are committed. The compensation could be better sometimes, but the positive and great working environment makes up for this in many ways. My only regret about Wheeler Clinic is not finding the job I currently have much sooner then I did!!!! I really love it here and feel like the administration and all the employees work very well together toward helping all their children and families. If you are looking for a positive and rewarding career in social services, you should definitely apply!!!
