You get charged all these extra fees for toppings and they don’t even add them to your sandwich . I came here and spent almost $20 on a sandwich and he didn’t add everything that I wanted . I came back and told him about the jacked up order . Just to be turned around !!! very disappointing. There’s no avocado on the sandwich and I didn’t even ask for red peppers this must just be the wrong order. It was my birthday. Way to go!

My 1st time had Weds special 1/2 Signature sandwich. Loved the soft toasted wheat bread end to end meats and veggies. Good quality of meats Not excessively salty as some other sub companies meat quality. Fast quick service. Friendly employees.

I have visited this location several times and every time the older lady with dark hair helps me I have a good experience. She’s very friendly. Last night I went and she was there along with another woman who’s younger than her but also has dark hair THAT woman was not friendly at all. She was sitting on her phone when I walked in and I was not greeted. I walked to the counter to place and pay for my order and she was standing there with a look as if I was bothering her then she finally gave a half hearted hi and managed to crack a barely there smile. I felt unwelcome and I will not be returning unless the staff changes or become friendlier. Prices are too high anyways

It was my first time visiting this place and I really liked it. The place is clean, the attendant was very courteous and the service very good. I ordered the Ultimate BLT which I really liked very much. The bacon was right there, not too crispy or burned tasting and the avocado was fresly cut , I could taste the freshness, not like the prepacked avocado used in many other places. Keep it going

Hardly anything on my Reuben sandwich that I paid a good 8.00 for..never again..much better deal at Publix subs!Food: 2/5

Went to this sandwich shop for the first time and I didn't get a welcoming feeling from the staff. Greet me tell me to check out the menu, put your order on the bag, give to the cashier, and pay.Don't look at me with distain and a "you're bothering me"!! look. Maybe the one near my office will have a better staff and a more interactive interest in the customer.

Friendly staff; clean, prompt and fresh bread, meat, etc. had so much fresh flavor. Love the brand idea altogether and they have great options for sandwiches. Ten fold better than Subway. A+++

It was okay. The service was speedy. I felt like the roll was a little stale. The meatballs were also a bit dry. It was quite on Saturday even so the staff were fast and efficient. The food was okay but I won't go there unless I have no other choice its not as nice as I remember.

A really cool counter-top sandwich chain - very good alternative to Subway for Vegetarians. Love the idea of marking all ingredients/recipes in a paper bag. Like the vegetarian option of Black Bean Patty. The sauces have a palatable taste to them. Points for cleanliness and very welcoming staff.
