You can get a Jimmy John's sandwich here. I've never seen them make a mistake with my order. But it's inexcusable to not have the dining room re-opened by now. Forcing everyone through the drive-thru is a mess. Takes 25 min to get a sandwich during lunch hours.

OK I've long been a Jimmy John supporter since they gave me hard bread more than 3 times but unfortunately this Jimmy john's location is the only one in my area and there has even been times I've come through the drive to window and they fail to take off the gloves after handling my money And continue to make sandwiches I have reached out to corporate I have posted it to my social media and I hadn't had any response. Don't get me wrong I only go back when I see new employees. But I'm gonna have to draw the line when I literally order a sandwich they call me back to tell me that the bread has not been baked for the day so there'll be a hour wait I waited additional 2 hours 2 hours then I call they have attitude the driver tells me that she's in front of my house I'm coming outside there's nobody there I've called her phone for 30 minutes I even drove back to Jimmy John's to check and see if maybe she took the food back while I'm at the window she calls me to tell me she's back outside she had to go deliver someone else's food. And then once I spoke with the manager she had even bigger attitude than the driver as if I did something wrong by waiting 3 hours for my food and coming to pick it up.

It always seems to be a issue. I ordered online at 6:42pm just to get a call 2mins later. Staff member tells me that her delivery driver is gone so she is canceling my order. I said to her it’s fine I can come get the order she said she is not going to wait for me. I said I’ll be there in 5mins I’m very close. Then she said no she is deciding she is going to close early and I’ll get a refund for my online order. I get staffing I have 10 restaurants but the excuse of short staff to give poor customer service is over. I will not be ordering here again.

12/16/2021 The drive through is usually pretty good but the delivery has gotten really slow : Waiting an hour and a half for delivery is not okay Also, no one picks up the phone at the store, so there's no way to know what's happening with your order --- Update: 2 hours and still nothing, called customer service and they can't get in contact with the store either. Since this location is a franchise they said there's no way to no what's happening with the store. ---- Update 2 days later. Twitter DM from JJs and this response tell me to tell customer service. I did that 2 days ago, they told me they'd reach out to the store and they'd contact me in 24 hours. They did not. I reached out to customer service twice yesterday and was directed to leave a voicemail and that someone would call me back. no one has. I ordered food I did not receive and I'm getting the run around about my refund. The franchise store phone STILL continues to not works and obviously the franchise owner is refusing to reach out to me. HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?! --- 1/19/22 Decided to give the store another chance since I had a voucher on my account for freaky fast rewards from my pickup orders at a different location. I ordered at 4:51pm and called at 5:40pm after the status of my ordered hadn't changed from "Order placed". The woman I spoke to was really really nice and apologetic, but told me that they had no driver and that online ordering as supposed to be turned off... Had I not called and inquired JJs would've have attempted to take my money yet again without providing my order. What is the matter with this location? How are you advertised as a food delivery service yet you have no drivers and still allow delivery orders?

By the looks of the reviews I think I will pass.. lol sitting in parking lot . Decided to look at the reviews. Been here two maybe three times and Service was poor each time workers really don’t want to work sandwich poorly made only thing that was good was the bread on the sandwich the reason why I come to Jimmy John’s they have the best bread ever !!! Need to find a whole new staff

This location on Howell Mill is NOT freaky fast.. I ordered one sandwich combo last week and it took an hour and a half to get my order. I called and they said they were short staffed which I understood. My lunch break is only 30min most days and it was extremely inconvenient. I tried calling again today and was told the average wait for today was around 13min.. only to wait for now 40min now. Again inconvenienced and thinking I could’ve ordered something else through DoorDash and got it sooner. Being an old fan of Jimmy John’s and they’re “Freaky Fast” delivery, I’m now unsure about ever ordering from this location again. The new slogan should be “Whenever we can get there!” delivery.

I work very close to this store and unfortunately my experience has been bad. I've place 2 online orders. The first online order was placed at 1:52pm I waited for an hour. The manager at the store said that they close at 3pm and would not be able to deliver my order. I gave them another chance today and it's the same thing. I placed an order at 12:54pm and it's now 2:06pm and it still hasn't arrived. They close at 3pm. I guess my point is if you can't make the delivery in a timely fashion, considering I ordered at lunch time and it will be the end of the day by the time to food arrives, why not notify me once you accept the order? It's poor customer service honestly.

Terrible customer service. Locked out of restaurant when trying to pickup an online order. Knocked on the window to get the woman’s attention standing inside doing absolutely nothing and she completely ignored me. I understand the staffing shortage and there’s grace for business experiencing it, but this was simply pitiful. There is no excuse.

Employees were very nice. Service was fast. Restaurant was clean. I gave 4 stars because we spent nearly 40.00 for 2 sandwich combos and didn't get oil, vinegar and oregano plus the sandwiches weren't cut into quarters. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, we would go back.

WORST JJ I’VE EVER BEEN TOO. They messed up my food June 23, a MONTH ago. And that was after waiting 25+ minutes for my INCORRECT order. Can you imagine the audacity of a company calling themselves “freaky fast” but takes 25 mins to make a COLD sandwich????!!!! I’m still waiting for my refund. They couldn’t remake it at the time because they had already put the food away, the couldn’t process a refund, they couldn’t do anything and neither could the manager OR support I’ve sent 3 emails at this point. FILTHY THIEVES!!!!
