Extreme Teriyaki Grill Express

Aye the food is good alright, the problem is the upkeep of the shop. The appliances are sweating oil/grease, ceiling as well, grease from light fixtures literally dripped onto the floor while my friends and I were eating. Another concern is that it got so smoky inside my eyes started to burn.

Great price, big potions and friendly service. Inside of the restaurant was noisy. But they have outdoor seating too. Edit: visited them again 2 years later in 2021. Portion size is now quite smaller compared to what it used to be Wish I took a photo but I forgot. But still it tastes good. So I’m changing my rating from 5 starts to 3 starts.

My first day I purchased 2 orders of California Rolls and 2 orders of veggie egg rolls that come in 2. I was impressed with the flavor of the spicy mayo sauce and how good the egg rolls were 1st & 2nd photo so I decided that I would come back the next day and buy more 3rd & 4th photo. Unfortunately on my second visit I had 1 tray missing crabmeat and every one of those rolls fell apart once I grabbed them. They were stingy with the amount of spicy mayo in the cups to the point I had to go back and ask them to put more in the cups and STILL didn’t have enough even after I offered to pay. When you walk in you can smell the grease so my guess is the grease needs to be changed. Customer service wasn’t bad but it seems like when you have different people on duty you will get different quality.

The food is pretty good! They make is fast and the price is very reasonable. I got the chicken and mushroom hibachi and asked for yum yum sauce. Their yum yum sauce is a little watery but the food is tasty. I will be returning!

I was accused of lying about hair and inconvenienced about getting a refund! I will never patronize this restaurant again! Alex was unprofessional and very poor at running this establishment!!!!! My children asked for this and they failed, I will never allow my kids to eat food with hair in it! So we discarded it all!

Overwhelmingly delicious!!!! Their prices are super affordable, and I was shocked at how incredibly tasty everything was. We ordered quite a few things from the tofu, miso and tempura shrimp to sushi to sesame chicken and shrimp hibachi, and everything blew us away. Only item that didn’t have flavor was the hibachi noodles. We’ve definitely found a new spot!

Moderately clean with prompt service. The only reason for four stars is the loud noise in the place throughout the two hours I was in, plus the fact that although the design seems to encourage visitors to stay longer, there was no internet. The food itself was good and almost exactly the same taste as the chicken and shrimp from Sarku Japan.

Great place and amazing value. 9 dollars for a full meal is incredible. Would highly recommend

Love the food but I have to call like 10+ times to put in an order I literally just called like 10+ times and got no answer smh.
