Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is good. I have always order online for restaurant pickup. Employees need to pay a bit more attention to people picking up their orders. They chose that option most likely cause their time is limited. Closing the door cause the system is down is not a smart decision while the online order rack is full of bags waiting to be picked.Food: 4/5

Almost every visit any location they never get my mobile order right. Happy to say this time they got everything right. Plus they packed the extra tortilla separately and neatly. 5 stars even though they were 30 min late. It was during dinner rush so was expected.

The service was terrible. I understand the team was short staffed by my order was sitting behind the counter for 20 minutes. I had to order online because of short staffing and had no way of knowing that my food was ready since they did not place the order where I can see it or pick it up. Only come here if you have plenty of time to wait!

This is one of the worst chipotle I’ve ever been. They constantly mess up online orders and i have to request refunds. Tonight they decided to do online orders only which made me get my food 40 mins after the time it said i would get it at 7:45pm. I get home, shower and go to eat my food and realize there is no barbacoa on my barbacoa tacos. Just rice, beans, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. They are also out of peppers. So now i had to come back at 9:15 to get my order remade. I am opting to go to the one on north side drive or on Piedmont from now on.

This place just has a really hard time delivering good products on time. The staff are undertrained for the population of people who want chipotle here.

This location never has ANYTHING! They're consistently out of Chipotle staples like vegetables, salad dressing and guacamole. Like, consistentlyyyyyyy. Who ever is doing the prep and/or ordering for this location should be fired.

They employees are undertrained and rude. They always say online only at a certain time but be having a store full of employees. They be playing loud inappropriate music you can hear from the lobby. The GM is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL ‼‼‼

This chipotle is awful. Ironically, you can’t buy chipotle here. The staff won’t take your order and then directs you to order online. If you ask why you can’t order in store they walk away and refuse to talk to you. This is been going on for over a year.

Never fails - they only take online orders all the time even when there’s no one in the restaurant and there’s a bunch of people behind the line. They expect you to sit and order via the app while they talk amongst themselves.

This location for some reason only had online ordering on the day I decided to go and that alone was annoying especially when it was the 2nd one I went to trying to order. I cannot order this type of meal if I can’t see it being prepared in real time .The best chipotle is in Toco Hills.
