Which Wich

We picked up our food & spent $20 for 2 sandwiches that was not that good. The girls working were not friendly and sooo slow. My sandwich was suppose to come with avocado & there wasn't any unfortunately because I was really looking forward to it. My husband got the grinder and his sandwich lacked a lot of meat & was dry. Last time we came in my bread had mold on it. We won't be back for awhile. It used to be great.

Wasn't as good as I remember. Got the grinder which seemed kinda dry and there weren't as many options as when you used to mark what you wanted on the bag with a sharpie. It's touchscreen ordering now which is becoming the norm it seems. Had to add pickles and mustard when I got home. Didn't see an option to add and I double checked.Food: 3/5

Do not waste your time. Two sandwiches and drinks for $30 and all you will receive is bread with bare minimum meats. If you like paying top dollar for very dry bread and wet lettuce this place is for you.Food: 1/5

Slow service, horrible food. Bread was extremely dry and falling apart. Meat chicken was shredded not sliced. The bacon I paid $2.00 extra for amounted to 2 slices of bacon. Avocado also $2.00 extra was not ripe. Veggies were in huge chunks. Sandwich was all around a giant mess. My first experience here was absolutely awful. For $18 and change I left annoyed and still hungry because half the sandwich went in the garbage because I couldn’t choke anymore down. I would like to request a refund but not sure how to go about that, if a manager would call me I would greatly appreciate it.

I cannot express how delighted I was to find out that there was still a Which Wich located in Omaha! I showed up 10 minutes after opening and they were understandably not busy. The employees were super helpful and friendly- even when I forgot about the QR code for my points. The food smells amazing and tastes even better. The cookie is this HUGE thing bigger than my hand. A delicious lunch, any day of the week!

I have been going to this location and others around the country for years. Today's visit was the first in about a year. While the staff 2 were friendly and helpful the food was TERRIBLE. Got build your own with no meat. On 1/2 of my sandwich was 1 tiny slice of what looked like from a cherry tomato. The other pieces on the other 1/2 looked like the dregs. The olives were hard as rocks and the pickles were too thick and hard as well. Asked for oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and seems none of those made it in as well. Simply not worth the price and threw it away after 1 bite. I will be hard pressed to go there again and am very sad as the whole fam would go there fairly regularly pre-pandemic. I will post photos too.

Visited this store for the first time. Went around 7pm an hour before close. It was a bunch of unfriendly kids working. They literally avoided us when we walked in by going straight to the back room for several minutes, no greeting or goodbye either. Ignored us when we said thank you for the food. One with the longer hair kept touching his hair and eating while preparing food. Seemed new. Had to have fries remade because they were way underdone and completely greasy. Second round not much better. Bread was dry and stale. Avocado literally smeared all over outside of sandwich. Veggies not fresh and meat was basically shredded and only was on half the sandwich. Big mistake coming here

Pick up order was sort of a disaster. Without going into details of the wait, confusion, and missed parts of the order, I think they are understaffed. The two people working seemed to be keeping a frenetic pace. A third set of hands/eyes/ears would go a long way to stabilize the experience, especially during the lunch hour. A lot is being asked of a crew of only two. Atmosphere wise I can't, there isn't much seating, the air is filled with fry grease, and that seems to coat the floor and tables. Food-wise the ingredients seemed good, fresh. And they were applied in good relative proportions.

Do not order the Keto/Cloud bread!!! I laughed out loud when the guy handed it to me. It costs $2 more to get this kind of bread and is insanely small! There was hardly any meat on it and it didn’t taste that good. Needless to say I was still hungry and it cost me $11! Also, the staff seemed really annoyed when I tried to ask him a question about the sandwich.

I ordered ahead of time online to ensure i had enough time to eat during my lunch break, pick up was at 1:05pm under my name. When I arrived i was told someone else had already picked up my order. I was offered no apology. They remade my sandwich which took the entirety on my break. The sandwich was sloppy and contained ingredients i did not ask for. I am really disappointed. I don’t know how to go about getting a refund. ps- the location on 114th is really hot, couldn’t stand to be in there.
