I will be very upfront in saying this man did not even get me through his door, so I do not know anything about his treatment, competency in the field, or anything of the sort. If you are looking for a comprehensive review of his skill there is no reason to keep reading this review. I will not claim to know these things or give falsely bad information about a person. To me, bedside manner is just as important in a scary situation. This practitioner seems to me a perfect example of the red flags you should avoid in your search for a chiropractor. I'll start by saying I work in the healthcare field as a massage therapist and am very serious about my career and knowledge behind it, so while I don't know the nuances of chiropractic, I have a general sense of what the healing process should ideally look like. This came very much in handy when I found myself sandwiched between two cars and, later, when the pain started. If you've ever been in an accident, you know the agony and I am so sorry you had to go through it. By the 3rd day I couldnt walk and was looking for just about anyone to help identify the structural problems that occured and start the healing process. The name said it all: Car Whiplash Injury. I think my phone was ringing before my conscious mind even realized what happened, and I was excited to find someone who specializes in these matters. I had to leave a message, and the practice appears to have one standing chiropractor. He called me back in a very reasonable time, and so I explained my symptoms and the accident to him. I asked him as anyone dealing with car insurance should to cover their legal bases according to the insurance, friends who have been through the legal process, and the attorney whether he either was an MD or had one on site to diagnose in order for the diagnosis to be accepted. This. Man. Laughed. Into. The. Phone. Twice. Kudos to him for trying to stifle it, but he snickered when I told him what my analysis of the injury was and snickered even harder when I asked about an MD. He told me chiropractors don't have MDs, he has never heard about this, but *jargon jargon jargon please buy into me even though I've now disrepected you twice*. I truly barely heard the rest that he said, and what I did hear was truly nonsensical and had nothing to do with the concerns I brought to him. I wonder if he just heard "accident" and his ego and wallet just got hungry. So I politely declined and was ready to forget about it. Until he called me again the next day, either forgetting or pretending to forget I had declined him. I didnt know which office he was from at first and I had called a few in my search, so I told him I've been having trouble fonding someone who seems competentent and caring yes, I was directly thinking of him when I said this. This prompted him to remember that we had spoken before and go into a "I've got you, I'd be happy to help!" script. I'll admit to you now I simply didn't have the patience to deal with someone who thought such blatant disrespect would be effective. I didnt hear what he said next because I hung up. The 100% chiropractic down the road called me not 5 minutes later, and I didn't pay a dime during pending insurance time to be seen. They made it a point to care and listen, they respected the knowledge I came in with befoee I ever revealed my career to them something I dont feel I ever would have gotten with this practitioner, and I have not regretted my desicion. I am honestly more scared to think of what might have happened had I walked through his haughty doors than if I had done nothing at all after the accident. PLEASE know that it does not matter how competent a practitioner is or how many reviews they have on google. If you are considering investing in ANY PERSON toward your health, especially if you are GIVING THEM CONTROL over your structure which will directly affect you your entire life, PLEASE go to someone who makes you feel listened to, safe, and respected. Anything less will be a waste of your time and money, and CAN hurt you more later.

They really care here, and it shows. I have been getting acupuncture with Dr. Karen, who is a medical doctor, and it has been painless and very productive in helping my body heal. It's always nice to walk into LifeSource, because Dr. Richard and Dr. Karen are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them both.
I love chiropractic care! Thanks to treatments I am able to move more freely and experience less pain throughout the day. Dr. Richard is an excellent choice for chiropractic and holistic health.
LifeSource is a beautiful office that doesn't feel like the typical medical office. It has a fantastic staff and an amazing set of health providers. They all take their time to explain types of treatments they have and make sure to answer any questions you have.
