Great place. Has more pros than cons. Could use more enforcement of the rules of the development. The location doesn’t get much better though.

Pretty nice place. No real problems. People drive a little too fast in park sometimes. Lot rent could be cheaper but it's Lewes and near the beach. I haven't had any issues with anyone.

I love living here. My neighbors are sweet, and the trailer is nice and very affordable. I love that I'm so close to Lewes and Rehoboth. The only issue I may have is the people coming and going in there cars late night blasting music. Not much the office can do about that though...

Lot rent too exorbitant ...ridiculous...i can buy a car for the amount of lot rent. I would love to live in one of the newer models but I can't afford 2 mortgage payments..

Needed a place to move, and not rent any longer. Great convenience location. Staff showing selling walk in thru the steps, and financing, process completed and moved in in 30 days
