First time coming to this salon and it was great! Great atmosphere and friendly front desk staff. My stylist was Casey and she did exactly what I asked for. Would definitely come again for a trim in the future.

They didn’t do anything to listen. I have shoulder length hair and I came in for a trim. Lady spent the majority of time blow drying my hair even though I told her I never do that and won’t do it. Then cut an inch of hair off which just isn’t enough. Left as soon as she was done because I shouldn’t have to explain what a trim is to someone after I’ve showed them 3 pictures of the kind of haircut I want. Looks bad feels bad. Luckily I can just put a bunch of grease in it until I’m ready to let someone else mess it up. 2 stars because the place was clean and they were able to seat me with short notice. Minus 1 for quality of the cut, minus 1 for price, minus 1 communication.

Ninay Arellano cut my daughter’s hair last week. Everyone at her school fell in love with her long layers. My other daughter has refused to cut her hair for three years. Now that she has seen her sister’s hair she asked for a cut and style too. We are so glad to have finally found someone who can cut our entire family’s hair. I love this place so much! It is the definition of hair amazingness. This is the place to be if you want to feel like a million bucks after your hair appointment. First of all, ATALIA is the BEST. I’ve been going to her for years and am always blissful beyond belief whenever I see her. I don’t even live in Houston anymore, and I happily fly 4 hours to get my hair done by her. I know, I know... it sounds kind of over the top that I travel to a different time zone to see Atalia for my hair therapy needs... but she is seriously amazing. She works her hair magic and then I get to feel like a freaking unicorn afterwards! Totally serious on the unicorn bit. We’ve been splashing my hair with purple [with some blue here & there] for years! She is your girl for anything cut & color. I trust her 3000% with my hair. Thank you so much, Atalia, for always making me feel awesome with my hair. Second, the service here is so great! Everyone here is so nice. The sinks used for when you get your hair washed are really comfortable. I could have my hair washed all day long if it meant that I could get it done in those comfy hair sink things. So in conclusion: Atalia is the best, and I will keep going to White Salon until my hair falls outta my scalp.

As soon as I walked I was greeted and asked if I wanted a beverage. I waited less than 5 minutes fo my hairstylist Fabian. He did a wonderful job cutting my hair that was about more than halfway down my back to my shoulders. I didn’t want to do anything too crazy with the dye so he recommended a non-bleach balayage. He was very sweet and made sure I was always comfortable with everything. The recommended products to keep my hair from frizzing and even styled it after he was done. I will definitely be coming back.

UPDATE as of: 09/14/2020- Manager contacted me and made things right. Thank you for the contact and customer service. It was my first time coming here and I was coming with high hopes to coming out looking pretty but came out the contrary. I wanted a blond balayage. I did receive great customer service from Angle but was not happy with the outcome on my hair. I also thought I would be getting my hair curled or styled at the end and all I got was my hair blow dried and sent to pay $230. Not worth it on my point of view. Will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.
