Whole Foods Market

I used to love this store a few years ago. I'd go there at least every couple weeks to stock up on stuff when it was on sale. They deserved their nickname, "Whole Paycheck," but if you caught a good sale, the prices weren't too bad. A year or two before they sold out to Amazon, they stopped having sales on much of anything I wanted to buy so I didn't go there as often. Now that Amazon has taken over, it's worse than ever. They've discontinued some of the things I used to buy, and they still don't have any sales that interest me. As far as lower prices go, that's largely untrue. Some of the fresh fruits and veggies are a bit cheaper, but everything else is exactly the same. I now go only to get things I can't get anywhere else, and even that doesn't always work out. The other day I went there specifically to get some organic corn meal, and the bin was empty! I checked with the stocker, and he said they were out. Not much to love about this place anymore.

Not enough parking spaces Store is laid out nicely. Easy to find what you are looking for. Always very helpful employees. Never disappointed in purchased items.

First visit Thursday this week. I really liked it very much. Found everything I was looking for and was very satisfied with the store, staff and variety of merchandise. But there is/are negatives associated with everything. The only problem was with the ground turkey. I have bad reactions to products containing GMO. If the meat case would have contained a posting that the turkey was from a production facility as opposed to farm raised, I would never have purchased it. Made me very ill. Other than that, very satisfied. Hoorah! I was able to find organic bread. Finally!!!

We have been shopping at Whole Foods for probably six or seven years. We loved it! The fruits and vegetables were always beautiful, fresh and lasted an extraordinarily long time in the fridge. Unfortunately, since Amazon took over I have seen the quality go down. Veggies are sometimes wrinkled and wilted on the shelves, fruits don't last the week in the fridge and very often they don't have what you need. The meat quality is still good, but have not seen any prices go down The employees we deal with are still amazingly so I am hoping things will turn around.

I grocery shop here for specific items since my mom is on dialysis. She has a strict diet, so whole foods has what I need for when I need to shop for her. Always a pleasant time. Customer service is great.
