I am so glad to be living near this clinic, as both times I've been here have been fantastic experiences. The front desk staff, nurses and doctors are incredibly friendly and helpful, and make sure you have access to any information you need. The office itself is comfortable and welcoming, and you can tell they care about every patient that comes there.

I had a GREAT experience. I was there for less than the expected time, the doctor was so nice. He made sure he got everything out with ultrasound which not many would do. They kept me with the same nurses through the process so the actual deed I wasn’t with complete strangers. They definitely helped make what could’ve been a traumatic experience more comfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend, they aren’t in the best interest for you if your coming from out of state they don’t allow you to be accompanied but they recommend you to be sedated which doesn’t seem safe , the staff are fairly rude and your there for hours after they tell you that it should only take up to 20 mins . I guess they will get you in to do the work but the customer service is poor , the communication is poor . Lack of empathy maybe another location but I don’t recommend this one at all

Very caring health services, wait times can be a little long so I always advise showing early for paperwork and be patient. They offer up "counseling" services before, during and after treatment. They give you time to ask questions for everything about your health. When I was seeking birth control, they helped me make informed decisions based on my overall health, needs, age, and home life. They help you make healthy choices not just for your physical health but mental and emotional as well. I recommend them for any woman in my area who need assistance. This place is wonderful. When I arrived there were some crazy anti-women’s rights protesters outside the clinic. The clinic had provided “escorts” who were absolutely amazing and very friendly. They walked right up to me and walked me inside to ensure my safety which I greatly appreciated. The front desk ladies were great as well, very friendly and comforting and informative. The nurses and counselors here are awesome, also comforting and informative. The whole vibe of the clinic is calming, welcoming and very non-judgmental which is important at a place like this for the young women who come here seeking help. I would definitely recommend this place to any women who are seeking any kind of reproductive services and information.

When I say I felt sooo comfortable! I felt like I knew the ladies who worked there for years. The vibe was awesome I felt comfortable, at ease. I was in and out. Probably the only one who was happy but in life things happen. Some of us take situations differently. Thank you for everything you all did!

My front desk experience was horrific but on the grand scheme of things i would still recommend this place when seeking safe care for women. I do feel Randi needs to be either fired or placed in a different position that doesn’t require face to face interaction. She was mean — she made me feel like a burden. She was so rude to me I eventually broke down in uncontrollable tears. There was a woman sitting in the waiting area who said to me “if it makes you feel any better she was rude to me as well” and in a strange way, it DID make me feel better. After the gaslighting and pretending to not understand my frustration I finally calmed down. Literally every other woman who helped me were sweet, caring and professional. Hence why I think this was a Randi issue and not an overall culture for this clinic. Women are so often undereducated and left without resources. Particularly when seeking adequate care for our health and reproductive choices. There have been so many times in my life where I felt like I was screaming at the top of my Lungs and still felt unheard. Whole women’s health collectively made me feel heard. I felt like I was cared for as an individual. I don’t feel comfortable going into details regarding my services but I will say this is a clinic I’d highly recommend.

Great experience, the office is calm and relaxing. The Dr's and nursing staff are considerate, non-judgemental and treat you as an individual rather than just trying to get you in and out as quick as possible. Though they are quick, in my opinion. Every one is different and handle these situations differently and they take that into account. They also don't have protestors standing outside their door waiting to shun you for anything without even knowing why you're there to begin with. I recommend!

The office itself is clean and calming. The front desk staff on the other hand needs to adjust their attitudes and demeanors. When you have women coming in making a big decision such as termination it is important that you provide them with the best patient care services possible and make them feel as if you care. To display attitude and aggression is not a good look being first point of contact in a medical office setting. My suggestion and hope is that you take this review to heart and educate your staff on the importance of being kind to patients.

My experience here was wonderful. Front desk nurse was so nice.The nurse that took me back was amazing as well. She was easy to talk to and gentle! The lights were dim and an essential oil diffuser was going . It was calming and less stressful than any doctor visit I have had. Highly recommend this doctors office!!
