I have had an account with Wholesale Boutique for several years. Their customer service is fantastic and they always have awesome products each season. I never worry about quality when I order from them, my customers always rave!

Some items have been nice quality. Hit and miss. Last item I ordered was very bad quality and I was refunded but not without comments from customer service like " only a few small flaws" were found. And i was the first person to complain. I take my customer concerns seriously and I feel they should too. They were beach towels with horrible places where color was gone on the majority. And I could not and would not sell these to customers this way. I had Christmas stockings several years that bled horribly. I was so embarrassed I gave them to my customer. Did not even ask for a refund but wanted to continue trying other items as some of them were cute things. I closed my account as I cant risk the uncertainty. And the way my warranted complaint was handled.
