Wholesale Photo & Digital Imaging

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. They must aim to run their store to the ground. Every time I or my husband venture in, we’re treated dismissively. They never can help with any questions related to cameras, film or photography. Very typical of this part of NJ. Arrogant and unprofessional. Also, chauvinistic and condescending. Do go elsewhere.

Just called customer service. After waiting on hold for who knows how long, Eddie Sitt finally answers the phone. While on the phone I had to listen to him suck the snot up his nose the entire time, except when he put me back on hold, which was substantial. To top it all off, he wouldn't answer my questions, said my only option was to email my questions to them and wait for a reply. ----------Update; May 2018---------- I notice someone responded to my review. Thanks for the response, but I already bought my Mavic Pro Platinum bundle ($1399-) from "Beach Camera". I was not convinced "Wholesale Photo" customer service was going to be reliable, too risky on such a large purchase.

i bought a nikon lens from this store online, they send me a grey market lens ... i did returned my lens they did received Wednesday but 5 days later the store has not initiated a refund process, poor communication poor costumer service.... good way to loose future clients

I've read some of the reviews and felt compelled to comment. This store is very professional. You want to discuss camera's, optics, restoring pictures, accessories etc.. Tim is your guy. I've bought numerous items over the last ten years and paid a fair price. If you want to run into NYC (B&H) or buy from Amazon. Good luck. Try to get someone there to troubleshoot or assist you when a problem occurs. They have been more than willing to help in person or over the phone. You will not get better service from any brick and mortar photography store in Bergen County.

I bought my DJI Mavic from there with a bunch of accessories from a company called Ultimaxx. I loved working with the staff there, they where very knowledgeable and very help full. Thanks Wholesale photo
