Steve was incredibly helpful and gave me a lower price on what I was looking for then I could find anywhere else. Super refreshing to find someone who cares about customer service, I will definitely be recommending Deals all Year to my photographer friends. Dealt with Kevin, whom owns the store and he was really accommodating and gave me a great rate for my lens, the extended warranty and adding a rush delivery for being a first time customer. Great service! Thanks Kevin.

LIARS, Never buy from here and less reason to buy their return products. they had the cheapest price on Ebay on a Nikon lens so I walked in to the store and the owner pulled out a used one and gave it to me for 15$ cheaper. after using it for a day i found out that the auto focus was faulty. I came back another day wanting an exchange. thinking it was going to be a $15 difference, I found out that they changed the prices on Ebay and upped the lens price by $25. since I made the deal with the owner and he was on vacation, the staff thought I was lying. they made a call to him and the owner also said he didn't remember(how convenient). one thing I didn't like is that the lady lied straight to my face that they never fluctuate their prices on their Ebay account and the price I was paying today +$40 more was due to the lens being New. ABSUR LIE I worked on a retail type that sells on Ebay and prices are changing constantly. what I hate is that they said they were going to call me, it never happened. LIARS, I know your prices change constantly. save your used faulty products for other people. most of these reviews are biased.

I spoke with Kevin over the phone as this was my first time buying and "import" model. He was very helpful. I just received the product today and everything looks great. I had heard that import models come with foreign manuals and incorrect charging cords, but the manual is in English and the charging cord is compatible with US outlets. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because it could have been packaged a little better. The box it was in had held a lens but the lens was not present. This left space in the box for the camera to slide back and forth during shipment. Other than that, it was a great experience.
