Florham Village Camera Stereo & Digital

The staff is very helpful. I learned a lot while trying to find the right camera for my purposes. Gary is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features of the camera to me. What I appreciated most is that they don't try to sell you the most expensive equipment, but rather, they try to sell you what you actually need at a fair price. Definitely will become my regular "go-to" camera shop.

i hate to give a 1-star review, but i can't give it anything more than that..... first a comment about the staff... very friendly, seem to be knowledgeable, and helpful... the reason for my rating..... i brought in a stereo receiver to be repaired back in mid-December. i didn't even realize that they did repairs of electronics.. so after paying a $50 estimate fee, i left the stereo in their hands, and was told it would be a couple of weeks, and they would call with the estimate........ in late January, i stopped in to check the status, as i hadn't heard anything from them, and just assumed that they couldn't fix it.. when i went in, i was told that they were just awaiting prices for parts, and should have them shortly -- but they weren't sure that the stereo could be repaired..... i never heard back from them.... its now early March, and without a repair being made, or an estimate given, i picked up the stereo, and will be going someplace else for repairs !! ....i just wish they could have told me from the beginning that they couldn't fix the stereo, or at least refund the $50 for an estimate that was never provided !!! i'm pretty sure that they do a much better job dealing with the camera side of their business !!!

They take the time to explain the product you bought. They answered all my question, and there were many. I recommend them if you are looking for a place that will take the time to teach you.
