Wiki Auto Glass

I called Wiki Auto Glass for an estimate on a car window replacement but they don't answer their phone they ask you to leave a message and say they will get back to you. I never received a call back. Went and had the window replaced by another company. I would not recommend this place to anyone or at least anyone that needs their window replaced in a timely manner.

There was no call back from these folks. Left voice messages, sent text messages with no response. It was very confusing to get no response from these folks. Deeply upset by the poor judgment. Rate them 0 out of 0 .

What an easy solution to an unfortunate situation. A rock chipped my windshield and it needed to be replaced. I was referred to Wiki by someone who had come to see if the windshield could be repaired, which it couldn't. They came to my place of work and did the window replacement right on site. 5 stars for that alone! They had my BMW 325i window glass in stock with the rain sensors and for almost $200 less than most other quotes I had gotten. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would recommend them to any one who ends up in same predicament as me!

Best windshield replacement ever !! The worker was hella kind & very quick with his work. He literally replaced my windshield in about 20 minutes ! Plus , all was done right outside of my place. So Thank You Wiki Auto Glass !

I took my van in to get a windshield replacement over 6 months ago. When I drove away I could hear wind coming through the seals. To get it fixed, I called every day for a month until I finally had to drive down there and just walk in and have them do it again...It still wasn't fixed, then my husband tried to contact them to have the problem fixed, he still couldn't reach them so he walked in and had then fix it. Finally we couldn't hear wind rushing through. But now it seems we still can't leave our van out in the rain without water leaking through and dumping onto the carpet. So now we have mold. I just hope we can still take it in and have them fix the problem while I can still control the mold because I can't afford new carpet and I cannot afford my kids being sick riding around in a moldy van.

My husband called the guy around 2pm they said we'll check at the warehouse then about 2:45pm they came and replaced my windshield only 30 minutes. They are so fast, and not expensive.

Fast, friendly service @ great price. Only issues were that I had to re-seat some trim on my windshield and you would think they would clean smudges and handprints after installing a windshield.
