Williamsburg Animal Clinic has such a incredible team they are always great and really care for all the animals that come to this place. I personally have had 2 Shiba Inu dogs for the past 25+years Alàhya & Ruby and now that I have my 3rd Shiba Mama-"Sita" I had to make sure I ask for my favorite Vet Dr. Diaz is hands down the best I always recommend Williamsburg Animal Clinic to everyone I know.
I really liked the way they treat my Morris and the price to the package deal is great. I recommend Petco to anyone that has pets.
Great place, honest and helpful staff that really care. I had to have my dog put down and they were incredibly sweet and sensitive.
Never been here but found an old receipt for this place lol. So just wanted to thank Dr. Diaz for checking up on a tiny feral kitten from almost 13 years ago. Just wanted to show you how he's grown up. Now that my sister and I are starting to make some money we spoil him very much the sweaters are for winter, he likes to be cozy, we've found him under our blankets a couple of times. He was such a tiny thing for being only two months old back then sadly I don't have many pictures since at the time we only had film cameras. For such a small body he has a lot of fight in him you'd be surprised, his paws have enough strength to shake a door as he tries to open it. He apparently gave those trying to catch him quite a challenge. If you happen to remember some details from back then I would appreciate it, if not its ok it was more than a decade ago.
Nothing special Vet - went because it was convenient but there are plenty of Vets in Williamsburg & I will be taking my furry friends and business elsewhere! 1. I made a check up visit with my Cat and requested the standard protocol - and the doctor braces me with trigger words like Cancer and Kidney Failure - and that we shouldn’t cut any corners. So we opt for blood work and I step to the front desk and they say my balance is $600!!!! No itemized breakdown, until I wouldn’t provide a card without it - Included in this payment was $100 worth of unnecessary cat food. 2. I then call to pick up the antibiotics needed after said blood work - and simply ask the reception what the medication costs - and they said they don’t know and the doctor will have to tell me when I arrive. Who operates like this? How do you not have this standard information readily available in my chart? 3. I now have to drop off and work 9-5 like the average person, and am running behind in the rain. So I ask if they can ensure someone is there so I can drop off the sample, as I’m already on my way — to which the reception says, they close at 6 and can’t guarantee someone will be there — if you can’t wait 5-10 minutes for a client — then why are you operating a medical facility? This is basic care, human or fur-baby ethics. Two Stars is Generous, honestly.
We've been seeing Dr. Diaz for 12+ years and he has treated 3 of our dogs now with the utmost care and concern. Dr. Diaz has always answered all of our questions informatively and compassionately. Along with his staff, Dr. Diaz is very helpful in making sure we get in and out of his office as quickly and efficiently as possible. We recently bought in our 13-year-old dog, Mia, after she had a seizure, and we thought we'd have to put her down. Dr. Diaz saw her the next day and was able to diagnose her and gave us hope that she'd recover. He's been treating our senior pup since she was 3 and we are very glad to say that she's recovering marvelously. Would highly recommend building a relationship with Dr. Diaz and his clinic because they truly do care about our furry friends! Thank you, Dr. Diaz + staff for always being there in our time of need!
Attentive staff and knowledgeable vet. Vet explained entire exam thoroughly and any next steps that need to be taken for my cat’s condition. Also very affordable for NYC.
One of the best in NYC and state! They sincerely care it’s not a money trap and they have great knowledge of what they’re doing. They took beyond great care of my Summer and Winter I recommend 1000 %
Great experience. Our cat can be a handful while at the Vet and there were basically no problems even though she was getting a little feisty with the staff.
I love this place! They always take superb care of my dog!
