Williamsburg Medical Imaging

I had an appointment. at this establishment today, although I have been here several times in the past, I felt like a review was needed this time. Today their system was down, I sat and waited for almost 2 1/2 hours for my sonogram. Liza at the front desk was amazing at handling and communicating with the patient's including myself, she has great social skills, her co- worker however was another story, she has no idea how to speak to people, patients need to be treated with respect after all you need their business otherwise you wouldn't have a job, her social skills need to upgraded, Judy if you're still in charge please address this front desk worker. The Technician who did my sonogram was very rude and out of place questioning my Docto's order for a Sonogram, Improvement is needed at this establishment.

This place is amazing! The level of care is astronomical! Especially Judy! She is a jack of all trades and encyclopedia of knowledge! To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement! This far exceeds the definition of caring! Very heartfelt 5 stars!

Recently when a family member visited Williamsburg Medical Imaging Center, we were very impressed with how accommodating they were. The staff was extremely caring and generous with their time. They took the time to talk us through everything with patience and care. Someone that stood out to us specifically was Judy, who was professional, caring and super helpful. Would highly recommend.

Nice clean office with nice fast efficient service exactly what is desired when visiting an imaging clinic. Not sure why others left poor reviews. Highly recommend. Love how there's no long sign in process everything is handled over phone pre visit and even that call took under 5 minutes unlike the other corp I first called.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst medical experience I've ever had. When I scheduled the appointment the person on the phone confimed my appointent was at 4pm. However the day of I started recieving several texts and call updates for 2 different appointment times. When I arrived I had to stand around for about 5 minutes before being helped. One of the attendants was literally sitting at the desk on her cellphone. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get back there for my XRays, even though I arrived early. The one desk attendant who was working did try her best, but was obviously in a impossible situation. I give her credit for keeping a cool head while dealing with a heated guest. Once I was able to get my Xrays done. The technician that performed them used unprofessional language in refrence to my undressing. He also did not ask if it was okay before touching me to position me. He then asked me a series of questions that could have been answered by looking at the referral. He asked me several times if I was pregnant and why I needed the Xrays. He looked at me several times in a ways that made me feel very uncomfortable, while I was undressed with just a hospital gown on. After I was finally able to leave I thought my negative experience with this horrible place was over. But no! I recieved a call from someone at their office who tells me they have no record of me paying the $90 copay they charged me. $90 is a crazy amount of money to just get a knee Xray and now they are trying to get me to pay this again. After I said I would send a copy of the reciept later, the person asked me for an exact time. Like ummm, you have made this error don't rush me. Minutes later I get another call, saying they found the reciept. Will go to Northwell Health or somewhere better next time. Will likely report them.

what a great office. so pleasant and efficient. it was clean and well kept. I was treated very well and got my report in a timely manner. thank you for a great experience !

Staff are attentive and fast. I have seen the clean lady cleaning around but the office it’s outdated looks like it’s been years since they have replaced the old and painted.

I came in for a chest x-ray, a procedure that takes a few minutes. I waited a FULL HOUR because the front desk didn't reach my insurance billing department. They never bothered trying another time until I made them aware that I'm sitting there and waiting for 45 minutes.

The most amazing caring team. Very professional. Great environment. Never had such an easy and smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Came to do ultrasound. It took the student 30 minutes. Supervisor came boss me around. Was trying the student and make me feel like piece of meat . Basically, I was there dummy doll. I am not sure if I can even trust such results. So, sad and bad. Try to avoid and find a place where people are respectful and respect your time and dignity.
